Leading the facilities department in the organization which is responsible for 17 public and private destinations as below:
- Al Qasba.
- Al Majaz.
- Al Montazah water parks.
- Al Montazah amusement and theme parks.
- Al Noor island.
- Heart of Sharjah heritage area.
- Kshesha park public.
- Shaghrafa park public.
- Mleiha archelogy center.
- Al Heera beach.
- Khorfakkan beach.
- Al Badayer retreat.
- Al Fayaa retreat.
- Moon retreat.
- Kalba kingfisher retreat.
- Al Bait hotel.
- Sharjah Flag island.
Main responsibilities:
- Setting the facilities department strategies.
- Coordinating the department mission with the CEO and the chairman.
- Updating the latest technologies and implementing it in the department.
- Training the facilities team to create efficient environment.
- Setting the annual budget for the destinations.
- Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments
- Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
- Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
- Supervise all staff facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors
- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Handle insurance plans and service contracts
- Keep financial and non-financial records
- Perform analysis and forecasting

 Graduated with a high school certificate with a percentage of 97%.
 Ranked the first place in Hamdan Bin Rashed Al Maktoom award for Excellency in 2006.
 Organized the 3rd UAE airplanes exhibition in Al-Ain in 2007.
 Gained Excellency certificate from H.H Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan as the best student in the school for year 2008.
