Naglaa Abdalla

My name is Naglaa, Currently i am working as safety instructor in aviation industry. I have passion to teach and support learners using different methods of learning and development to fulfill their requirements. I have bachelor of English literature and Drama, this was enhanced by educational diploma that qualified me to engage with leaners in a manner to understand their needs ands support in their learning path. I worked as air hostess which added a great value of interacting and respecting different background. Recently I completed CIPD Level 5 in learning and development. My experience allowed me to earn skills in problem soloving, critical thinking and attention to details.I have acquired leadershipskills over the years being responsible for a team consists of 24 crew members. In my spare time I love swimming and reading books that enhances personal development. I have great enthusiasm to invest my passion to teach and inspire leaners to pursue their academic dreams, not sparing any efforts to make this dream becomes an actuality.
