With over 10 years of successful experience in customer service and customer response operations, I worked as Guest Services and Reception Supervisor for Jumeirah Beach Hotel which is one of Dubai’s five-star resorts. I have learned a great deal in my employment and education to date, which includes consistently displaying high quality, prompt and professional customer service which results in customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention, provide highest attention to clients and ensure understanding fulfilment of all their needs, process customer transactions and respond to inquiries in a responsive, accurate and timely manner.
