I am recently working in al Raha Beach Hotel & Resorts – as chef de partie and I am looking for a new challenge and having researched your establishment I would like prepare the foods you like to be a part of that.
In my current role I am used to preparing ala cart and buffet food for in Italian restaurant and tapas bar as (chef de partie)
previous worked in al murooj roda hotel Dubai British pub Double Decker kitchen done this for 4yeaars
I have a calm and patient manner and believe that you get the best out of your staff by giving specific instructions in a calm manner and allowing them to work with you.
I am used to working different shifts and hours and days of work so these are not a concern to me and I can be flexible around the needs of the business.
