• Leading fire life safety inspections, audits, and corrective action plans across departments

• Designing and delivering Fire Life Safety training programs, including practical fire extinguisher drills and scenario-based exercises 

• Managing incident reviews, work injury reporting, and preventive action tracking in coordination with corporate HQ and local teams 

• Supporting guest and employee safety escalations, including investigation and closure of safety-related incidents 

my role is also involves close collaboration with Engineering, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership through recurring operational meetings and safety reviews.
