PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible to assist the Project manager for interfaces and follow ups within ADYARD and client for accomplish of the project. 
• Assist PM in day-to-day project activities.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• FAT, SAT, Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• CDR, PDR review to comply with Saudi Aramco Material Specification and Standards for DCS/ Control System Hardware and Software.
• Involve in Interposing Relay Panel (IRP) design and manufacturing.
• Modification in the existing Control System hardware to meet the customers’ needs.
• DCS-Yokogawa Centum VP, Prosafe ESD, Triconix ESD System hardware integration, Interposing Relay Panel Design and Integration.
• Review and preparation of loop drawings, cause and effect documentation, Instrument index, DCS / PLC’s, I/O list, Instrument Datasheet, Junction Box Termination detail, Cable Schedule, Cause and Effect Table, Functional Logic diagram, Level Sketches, Loop folder, P&ID’s, Hook ups, As-built Documentation.
• To establish design criteria and specifications for Control Systems & Instrumentation in accordance with the project requirements with JACOB ZATES.
• Identify & analyse design changes & modify design drawings & documents accordingly with JACOBS.

Dec’15- June’ 17 with Saudi Aramco Riyadh Refinery through M.R Al Khathlan EPC Company as a Project Engineer Instrumentation

• LSTK Project-BI-10-000787: Upgrade Open Drainage System& installation & Pre-commissioning of new API separator at Saudi Aramco, Riyadh Refinery.
• LSTK Project-BI-10-001091: Upgrade Close Drainage & Dewatering System at Saudi Aramco, Riyadh Refinery.
• Shutdown activity of Riyadh Refinery for 90 days.

Client: Saudi Aramco

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execution & Monitor total instrumentation & Electrical activity as per scope of work.
• Identify and notification of change order scope.
• Preparation of change order notification to Saudi Aramco.
• Involve procurement, NMR review, redline drawings preparation.
• Preparation of technical query regarding missing information.
• Witness the Inspection and Testing of DCS System, ESD System and Interposing Relay Panels. 
• Extensively involve in the procurement activities of Control System, Gas Detection System, ESD, Field Instruments, Cables, Valves and Accessories etc.

Role: Handled a gamut of project related activities encompassing;

• End to end project management from planning to site mapping to monitoring on-site activities & final execution of projects.
• Monitored projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure execution of projects within the time & cost parameters.
• Handled instrumentation operation for a wide range of control systems & instruments.
• Reviewed & prepared project documents instrument datasheet, junction box details, cable schedule, cable tray layout, instrument location layout, ITR/SS/CCR equipment layout, hook-up drawings, fire & gas layout, telecommunication layout, functional design specification, instrument index, i/o list, cause & effect table, functional logic diagram and loop diagram.

Role: Looked after various activities including.

• Support Instrument maintenance team in planning/execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and field testing when required.
• Visit the work sites, investigate and analyze complex technical issues to resolve maintenance problems.
• Provide technical support to the field supervisors, contractor's supervisors and technicians when required in their respective areas to implement the job safety and cost effectively to the specified quality standards

Role: Handled various activities pertaining to;

• Involved in calibration, loop checking, testing& overhauling of various process instruments, level switches, level controller, control valve, pressure transmitter, level transmitter, flow transmitter and temperature transmitter.
• Handled instrumentation-SCADA & RTU’s operation.
• Looked after maintenance activities like troubleshooting, shutdown valve, and blow down valves and repairing of instrumentation & instruments bench calibration.
• Oversaw maintenance of below instruments,
• Different type of transmitters, pneumatic transmitter, analysers and conductivity transmitters, I/P & E/P, Control valves, ON OFF valves, all type PSV, Vibration switches & Process switches
• Type of I/P converter (Foxboro, Masoneilan, Honeywell, Fisher, Rosemount, ABB) & standard calibration in instrument lab & complex
• Handled preventive maintenance, trouble shooting of turbine boiler instrumentation and loops; involved in configuration of Electronics PID (Honeywell, Foxboro and Yokogawa) controllers.
