Responsibilities

• Collect the requirements of clients and prepare the drawings as per the specifications.
• Review the architectural plans and prepare quantity required for the project.
• Estimate the cost, time, and resources (labour, material, and equipment). 
• Prepare and send out the request for proposal and follow up, prepare technical evaluation; acquire responses to prepare the comparison. 
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
• Identify the project changes, analyse trends and highlights the potential impacts of changes in cost and schedule.
• Ensure project deadlines are met.
• Find and evaluate suppliers, products, and services.
• Generate and implement purchase strategies.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontracts.
