Naveena Tabassum

I am a top educator who has devoted her life to helping children discover their potential. My passion for teaching children with special needs makes me the perfect candidate for the open special education teacher position. I would like to be considered for this position for next fall.

I bring many years of experience to the classroom as a special educator. I have three years of experience in the elementary setting, like the job posting requires. In my years at the elementary school, I worked with students from kindergarten to fifth grade.

In addition to having worked with children at the elementary school level, I also feel confident in my abilities to process IEP documents. I am a strong case manager and advocate for all of my students, and I strive to work with parents to help students make progress. I am a team player with the general faculty and other support staff when it comes to educating the child wholly.

I have been working in special education for over ten years. I have taught diverse groups of students with ADD/ADHD, autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, learning disabilities, speech impairments, and non-compliant behavior. My skills in differentiated instruction, assistive technology, and multi-sensory lesson planning allow me to meet the needs of every student.

My years of experience have taught me the value of patience and encouragement in the special education classroom. I work closely with each student, providing the individualized support and praise they require. I also make sure to stay connected with family members and any specialists involved, to encourage the success of each student, both in and outside of the classroom. I’ve truly appreciated and learned from every child and every family I have worked

i have a great education journey completed Masters in psycology and speciall education training ABA therapist as well RBT  i have holding a degree of EYFS which made me to get more understandable.
