• Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advise on deviations from the same.
• Reviewing CAD/Revit drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
• Provide design ideas and leading the project from inception to various stages until handover.
• Supervision of design team, necessary review, corrections, and guidelines.
• Detail interactions with Municipality and other governing bodies related to the approvals.
• Consult with and advise residential and commercial clients regarding space planning, surface selection, color, and furnishing selection and organization projects.

Proficient in REVIT, 3D Max, Sketch-up, Autodesk Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, freehand sketching & painting.
