Nicol Cedric Pozas

My name is Nicol Cedric Pozas, 25 years old and a Bachelor of Architecture graduate at Kingston University London last January 2022.
 

During my studies there, I have worked on multiple individual and group projects and these assignments have allowed me to become a great team player and taught me how to function well in a fast paced anddeadline‐driven environment. On top of my education, I worked as an intern architect at Pierre d’AvionneArchitects for 1 month during summer of my second year at university.
 

After graduating from University, I returned back to the Philippines so I can pursue and establish my career there. But my father recently had an opportunity to work here in the UAE, therefore I decided to be with him, and currently trying to find a job here and see the possibility of building my career here in the UAE. As I like the food and culture here in UAE.
 

During my time in Manila, I was assisting on our family business which is refurbishment and construction of residential houses. Assisting my parents on day‐to‐day activities for our business. Including but not limited to coordination with construction team, monitoring and preparing progress reports, preparing sketches using various CAD software.

I am a native Filipino speaker with a proficiency in English and basic knowledge of Spanish.
