Dear Sir/Ma'am , 

 

 I am Classically trained at the IHM Goa (B.sc in Hospitality& Hotel Administration), I Successfully completed 6 months of industrial training as an intern in Alba fine dining restaurant Italian restaurant in J.W Marriott’s, Bengaluru, India. During that time, I awarded as Trainee of the Month in Culinary Department”. I worked at Table 9 an european restaurant as Commi 3 following this experience now. Had an experience in Cuban, Arabic, Continental, Japanese, Indian, French, Italian, Cantonese(Asian) and British as Commis chef in Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai. Currently working as a PRIVATE CHEF for VVIP client . Able to do Menu planning, Nutrition needs, Healthy foods planning, Diet plans, Plant food, Gastomomic arts and Barbecue (Matar farms experience).

 

My goal is to work with a company that I can continue to grow with, as both a person as well as a professional. I offer true dedication to the team that I work for. I consider myself a creative thinker and a definite roll-up my sleeves employee, never considering myself too good to tackle any task. I pride myself in the ability to teach, multi task, follow policies and continually exceed goals.

Throughout my career I have had the pleasure of experiencing many genres of food service, such as business dining, high end hotels, wellness retreat spas, independent living and the education market. All of this has taught me the importance of food safety, providing the best service to the client and its family.
