A skilled and enthusiastic professional with twenty years of experience in teaching, school administration, curriculum planning, and student relations, a pivotal part of the department of science am seeking the position of Biology teacher to utilize the skills and proficiency in a well-established educational organization.

Monitoring teaching staff by participation, implementing school policies, leading assessments, and curriculum design and adaptation are just a few of the areas in which I have contributed to the organization, learned in the process, and excelled. My passion for cultivating rewarding, dynamic, and high-performing educational environments has successfully resulted in high levels of faculty retention and excellent student experiences like the Harry Potter Challenge in Genetics.

Learning is a process that continues life-long. I have been blessed with the opportunity to explore develop and implement various teaching and learning strategies like SCAMPER, Gallery walk, JIGSAW which has also helped during the remote learning time as all the above are student centered learning strategies.
