I was motivated to contact you upon learning that your organization has an opening for a new HR Recruiter position. For several years I have focused my career path and academic pursuits on Human Resources Management and completion of Masters in Business Administration program with Pillai Institute of Management Studies & Research. My personal philosophy is rooted in empowering others and creating a positive perspective of life circumstances.
With a genuine and nurturing nature, combined with a professional and ambitious approach, I possess the primary skills needed in my field, including recruiting personnel, recruitment and employee record maintenance. Additionally, teamwork and observation are part of my skill set, with proficiency in motivation. Experience in interacting with diverse populations has given me in-depth understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations. I have 8 months of experience as an HR Trainee, in which I was totally focused into recruitment and onboarding such as scheduling interviews, job posting, preparing offer letter, documentation, etc

I have completed Masters in Management Studies specialised in Human Resource Management with aggregate if 8.5cgpa.
