Responsible for Far East Sector – Import, Export, Cross Trade, Switch Shipments and now shifted to Accounts receivables, responsible for receivables of Indian and Local Buyers, monitoring documentation department from Invoicing to submission of documents as per the contract. Working on AX Dynamic Module. 

 

  • Monitoring process of Invoicing, sending copy documents to Buyer’s. As per the instructions documents to send Buyer /Buyer’s Bank. Upon payment receipts.
  • Complete responsibility of receivable follow up with customers thru email, whats up, phone call. Endure that proper emails recorded and payment schedule taken from Buyers, reminders of emails kept in sequence. 
  • Submission of shortage claim documents to Insurance companies and making necessary follow up for recovery. 
  • Filling and scanning of Accounts related documents and timely attending of emails. 

 

As logistics Executive for Far East Sector 

 

  • Handle Import from supplier till the final destination as per contract
  • Follow up B/l drafts & confirmation of FAR EAST SECTOR for Import, Export & Cross trade
  • Handle MIS report on daily basis.
  • Handle collection of Original B/l and Insurance policies.
  • Update vessel details and expected time of arrival in to the system on day to day basis and collect
