My self noor mohammad and i work as an automobile service advisor and warranty analyst has 3 years of experience in this field , My strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills have allowed me to effectively handle customer concerns and ensure their complete satisfaction My strong organizational skills and attention to detail enable me to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment . I believe that my passion for automobiles, strong customer service skills, and experience in team management make me an ideal fit for the role of Automobile Service Advisor and Assistant Manager.

As a service advisor and warranty analyst my experiences is that i  gained a deep understanding of automotive systems, troubleshooting techniques, and service procedures. I consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings by providing accurate estimates, explaining repairs in a clear and friendly manner, and ensuring timely completion of services AND as warranty analyst to submit the claim in time and to support the sales to team to promote sales , by checking the terms and conditions of the automobilepolicies and guideline the vehicle warranty parts could claim as per the guide lines and to verify the essential services done by the customer  

As a mechanical engineer my passion is about the engines of vehicle and their operations ,  it certainly to say is automobile engineering it includes all the different sections of engineering background equips an automobile service advisor with a solid understanding of the engineering principles and mechanical systems used in vehicles. This knowledge helps in comprehending the technical aspects of automotive repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics.
