In addition, I organized relevant documents and records, completed weekly and monthly records, and worked on the constant reduction of farm expenses. In my previous career, I was a performance-driven and motivated individual at Muslim Aid Sri Lanka, where I had more than two years of experience in developing and managing 70 small-scale dairy farms, coordinating with relevant government and private stakeholders and operating and maintaining various farm equipment and machinery. In addition, I handled finance and operation records of crop and dairy farms of the project and provided training and technical support to the project beneficiaries.
