Apply the internal control mechanisms for the depot by using the internal finance
procedures, in order to prevent inaccuracies in accounting statements.
• Perform and analyze all accounts receivable duties, including proper application of
cash, check, and wire transactions.
• Prepare a detail aging report and all past due accounts for management.
• Maintain DSO at acceptable levels by establishing and enforcing an appropriate
collection policy.
• Reconcile customer disputes and resolve A/R relate issues with a customer serviceorient
mindset. Follow up for RBT adjustment/arrange supporting's
• Tracking, reviewing and posting sales invoices adjusting trade returns
• Administers and processes all Petty Cash transactions within the parameters of
policies and procedures & Prepares Reimbursement Claims on a weekly basis
• Preparation of Daily, weekly & monthly reports like Day close report, Debtors report,
Risk customer report & Bounced chq report
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
• Assist with other accounting projects.
• Conduct various verification in stock , CDE & verify route verifications.
• Group reconciliation of customer account.
• Prepare the Clarence of commercial team
• Chq deposits & Petty cash chq reimbursement from bank
