I am writing to express my interest in the Customer Service Executive position. With over 3 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations, I believe I have the skills and experience to excel in this role.

As a Customer Service Executive, my primary responsibility is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. I have a strong customer service mindset and am skilled in answering questions, resolving issues, and considering suggestions and complaints. I am also skilled in onboarding new customers and identifying opportunities for business development within existing accounts.

In my previous roles, I have excelled at operational troubleshooting and have a strong track record of maintaining excellent service levels for both external and internal stakeholders. I am also proficient in using Microsoft Software applications and other market leading software applications.

I hold a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specializing in logistics and forwarding, and am committed to continuously improving processes and controls to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Add customer information in Microsoft excel and in the company program
