Responsibilities:
• Support the PM in commercial negotiations;

Responsibilities:
• Manages projects from awarding through completion, responsible for monitoring schedule and driving all activities to achieve project success.
• Acting as the focal point of the project.
• Study conditions of contract, scope of work and schedule of completion, review overall project plan, engineering submittal plan and provide inputs to planning.

Ensure all drawings and engineering submittal are prepared as per contract and submittal log and submitted to consultant for approval.
Identify changes to the contract and appraise Project Manager with possible variations & claims.
Provide inputs to QS on all aspect of contract changes and provide all supporting documents for variations and claims.
Provide inputs to Procurement for procurement of material and finalization of subcontractors in time. If required, float enquiries, follow up with vendors and sub- contractors, obtain quotes, prepare comparisons and finalize vendors.
Coordinate with Consultants and clients for receiving approvals.
Provide inputs to QA/QC department for preparation inspection & test plans and ensure QHSE requirements are incorporated and adhered to.
Ensure provision of proper documentation (approved drawings, material submittals, method statements etc.) to the shop team
Ensure daily & weekly progress reports are prepared & submitted to concerned entities.
Provide support for preparation of close out documentation including Warranties, As-built drawings and completion certificates.
Send queries to prospective Clients for any clarification, omission or ambiguity in the project documents.
Ensure that the Customer Satisfaction Survey is done and address Customer Complaints appropriately and in timely manner.
