Projects handled:
• The Onyx Project Consist of Three Mixed Towers (2B+G+15 Typical Floors, 2B+G+15 Typical Floors & 2B+G+25 Typical Floors) at Barsha Heights Tecom, Dubai.
• Suhail Bahwan Project Consist of Five Villas (G+2) at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
• Marina Residence Project (4B+G+39 Typical Floors + HC) at Dubai Marina, Dubai.
• Al Falasi Tower Project (G + 6 Typical Podium Parking + 17 Typical Floors + HC) at Al Nahda First, Dubai
• TDRA Proposed Offices Building (3B + G + MZ + 3 Typical Floors + Roof) at Al Mamzar Dubai.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily site inspection walk through to monitor construction activities for compliance with specification and shop drawings.
• Reviewing structural shop drawings submitted from the contractor.
• Supervision and follow-up for all activates such as concrete, finishing, and main structural works, and make sure it follows the project specifications.
• Experienced in all finishing work (Block work, Plaster, Tiling, Drywalls, False ceiling, Aluminum work, Painting and Wet area waterproofing) for high and low rise buildings.
• Experienced in all structural work for high rise building towers, including shoring works.                                              • Regular visits to project site to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with project specification, good construction practice is in effect, only approved material are used and compliance with shop drawings.
• Participate in the weekly safety and quality audits site walks, along with regular meetings to maintain client
expectations.
• Attending weekly progress & technical meetings with client, project management team, and consultant to discuss MEP, architectural and structural issues.
• Reviewing of shop drawings along with constructability drawings and method of statements.
• Ensuring that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project
• Arrange required daily reports to monitor productivity, performance, status, etc.                                                                              
Assistant Project Site Engineer

• Ibn-Sina Specialized Hospital – Jenin, Palestine
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of engineering plans and documents of the projects.
