بدإت مسيرة التدريب منذ عام 2016في مركز التوجيه المهني في جامعة دمشق لطلاب كلية التربية

ومجموعة من المنارات العلمية  على طرائق التدريس واستراتيجيات التعلم 

ثم مركز sebsمركز الأعمال والمؤسسات لريادة الأعمال لتوجيه الرياديين للانطلاق بمشاريعهم المستقبلية من خلال خطط ممنهجة و اسس علمية ظهر احتياج في التدريب وهو التدريب الشخصي لإدارة الذات فكانت الدورات تتمحور حول تمكين وتطوير الذات
