Preparing complete cost of estimation for MEP elements which includes; material, labor, erection of equipment, testing/commissioning, man-hours, direct & indirect resources in line with BOQ, the scope of work project specification & standards. 

Plan & design submittals including coordinating existing plant input. Plan, design and execute MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, as per UAE regulation and

the project scope of work e.g. building power distribution, drainage system, water supply, air condition, and

ventilation system.

Estimates, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools,

etc. Required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.

Prepares Inspection (RFI) of work according to a consultant.

Prepares all document-related testing & commissioning for cabling, earthing/grounding, generators, HV/MV/LV Electrical distribution systems and panels, transformers, UPS systems, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), lighting and lighting controls, batteries and charging systems, overcurrent protection devices, metering and relaying, power monitoring systems, energy management systems, and other related electrical systems, controls and devices.

Prepares shop drawing and as-built.

Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical-related works at the site.
