I am a senior commercial leader with over 15 years of experience across FMCG, consumer goods, and the shisha industry, with a proven track record of driving growth, building go-to-market strategies, and leading cross-functional teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Most recently, I served as General Manager at AIR Global (Al Fakher / Shisha Art), where I managed the full P&L for the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and wider Middle East markets. I successfully launched OOKA, the first charcoal-free electronic shisha device, and led the premium lounge channel with partners such as Emirates Palace, Atlantis, and Bulgari. I oversaw a team of 67+ professionals across Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, delivering strong business growth.

Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Reckitt Benckiser and Microsoft, where I managed portfolios worth over $500M in invoice sales. I developed and executed market strategies, led joint business planning with top retailers, and implemented global initiatives such as the Perfect Store program. These roles allowed me to sharpen my expertise in distributor management, category leadership, and customer relationship management.

Beyond corporate roles, I am also entrepreneurial, having founded OMC Consulting to advise companies on market entry, distribution, and growth acceleration in the UAE and Middle East. I actively explore new ventures in AI, trading, and lifestyle brands, reflecting my passion for innovation and building future-ready businesses.
