I had worked as an urban planning engineer for 7 years in various projects in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

When i had moved to Dubai, i had worked with Etihad airways ,air Arabia and with VFS global .But now I'm looking to develop my skills. I am passionate about keeping up to date with the latest coming on the market and want to work in different fields where i can improve my skills.

EXPERIENCE
1-Had been working in Visa hq since 05th may 2022 till july 2022 as 
a travel visa specialist :
- Receive, prepare, and submit applications for travel visas to 
various countries (Schengen countries, Brazil, Indonesia, 
Sinagpore,Russia,Egypt,ksa). Provide a wide range of support to 
the clients that include answering telephone calls, emailing, 
responding to inquiries, and doing a variety of online applications.

2-Had worked in VFSGLOBAL (Chinese visa application center) 
since 30th july 2018 till 8th August 2019 as an operation 
officer:
- acceptisng visa applications after following the rules and law 
of the consulate.
- filling information on system and be sure advising guest with the 
suitable type of visa.
- checking the visa applications and documents at the end of the 
day before submitting to the consulate.
- sticking visas inside the passports after revising the information .
-delivering passports to applicants.
- doing financial report at the end of the day according to the cash 
collected and the payment collected through cards .

3-Had worked in air Arabia airlines since 28th January 2018 as 
customer service agent till June 2018 ,my role is :
- Issue ticket through phone.
- Revise the ticket issued and processing the payment.
- Modify tickets.
- Assisting the guests in raising the complains through the 
system or following up with the complains raised.

4-Had worked in Etihad airways (UAE visa section)(TTS INTER 
BROKER LLC) as customer service agent and front desk 
agent since November 2015 till 25
th January 2018 ,my role is :
- Receiving calls and helping guests in checking visa status and
providing information about visa types and the documents 
required, visa fees, processing timing for the visa applications.
- Replying and sending the emails about visa processing.

Revising the documents provided from the guests and revising 
filled applications and fill the applications provided from the 
guests through the system.
- Checking the approved visas and print it out after checking 
tickets provided from the guests.
- Collecting refundable deposit and collecting documents after 
guests leaving to refund cash deposit.
