Ons is very passionate about the Innovation / entrepreneurship movement in the UAE and contributes a lot of time to building the local ecosystem to support the national transformation strategy.

Born and raised in the UAE, Ons has lived on four different continents and built his experience in multiple industries such as banking, Oil& Gas and FMCG in various managerial positions in Family offices and Corporations. He has brought innovation to all areas of influence during his career and led with passion as a change maker in cultural transformation, for business efficiency and for improved talent and client experience. 

Acting as a Venture partner for several start-ups, he is now an Innovation executive focused on generating cross vertical ventures pipelines in co-creation with large industry leaders, designing and launching innovative business models and contributing to the venture strategies at executive level for a Corporate Venture Builder in Abu Dhabi. 

Expert at Innovation program formulation, development, and implementation, he is part of a core corporate founding team who delivered the infrastructure, the methodology and the design of a well proven corporate venture incubator and acceleration model.

I current hold two masters degree, the first in International Business Management and the second one in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I also hold a variety of Certificates that have help me acquire knowledge in different technology sectors and in leadership
