I am a Mining Engineer with 3 years of diversified experience, working in the mining and customer service sectors. I have strong skills in operations management and team leadership, developed in supervisory roles and process optimization.

I have experience in the Care Team of LAM - Mozambique Airlines, where I developed skills in effective communication, customer service and crisis management. I also worked as a Customer Service Technician at LAM, applying strategies to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. In the mining sector, I supervised operations at the ETI Boane Quarry, ensuring safety, productivity and quality control in mineral extraction. In addition, I have knowledge of geological drilling and core description, acquired at Mozambique Geological Intelligence, ensuring accuracy in the analysis of samples and geological surveys.

I am currently improving my skills in English and French, with a view to international opportunities in the mining, energy and sustainability fields.
