With over 5 years in the multi-family home industry, I bring a strong background in leasing and customer service. My experience includes:

• Student Housing (2016-2017): Guided university students and families through the leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Conventional Housing (2021-2023): Led a high traffic property to maximum occupancy by consistently meeting and exceeding my leasing goals. Maintained positive resident relations by building rapport with clients and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.  
• Luxury Housing (2023-2024): Gained experience in luxury apartment sales. Conducted charismatic tours, explained lease terms, processed applications swiftly, and maintained strong follow-up practices while providing a high quality customer-focused experience.
