Parking Management System

• Designing Gate barrier, paid parking devices based on the parking slot and drive way design
• Technical support for Building control such as CCTV, Access Control, Security system, Gate Barrier.
• Identifying new project proposals, RFP preparation, project planning within available resources.
• Preparation of project plans and Estimation for ELV equipment like access control, Parking system, gate barriers.
• Testing and Commissioning support for ELV system.
• Integration of ELV systems.
• Supervision of Control & Instrumentation work at site & site installation.
• Testing and commissioning support for access control, Parking systems.

HVM Security Bollards / Road Blockers

• Designing HVM security Bollards/Blockers as per SIRA regulations and standard
• Technical support for controlling and implementing the security devices and panels
• Product based support and development as per site requirement
• Preparation of operation scenario based on site security protocol and plan
• Testing and commissioning based on project requirement and Handing over to client
• Providing training based on specification and product installed to management team
