I am person who is constantly seeks challenges and ways to learn and improve my skillset. When i was thirteen I knew that I wanted to work in Human Resources and my goal was to become a Manager before I turn 30 years old. True enough I was able to reach that goal. Now, my new goal is to explore my career opportunities in a different country and become a manager after five years. 

Training and Administrative Manager with 10 years of experience in different facets of Human Resources and office administration. Currently the Cluster Assistant Learning and Development for three properties: two operational properties and one at pre-opening stage at the mid-economy scale. Having five years extensive experience in luxury and ultra-luxury properties in the UAE and the Philippines with Forbes Five Star accreditation. 

Bachelor of Arts major in Behavioral Science Graduate. Behavioral Science is a program that combines psychology, management, and sociology, with emphasis on human resource management.
