1. Checking stations, display, bar equipments, making sure all bar equipments are well sanitized.
2. Check stocks, expiry dates, labelling, availability
3. Stock enough paper rolls for the docket machines, make sure card machines are fully charged
4. Take guests orders, prepare the drinks and process payments
5. Daily rotation of allocations of the bartenders.
6. Weekly rota.
7. Seasonal cocktail activations.
8. Costings, ordering and controlling stocks.
