Global Mobility Manager 

Manage all activities, including those performed by third party suppliers related to the initial relocation process, the ongoing assignment and repatriation where appropriate.
 Effectively handle a modified caseload to include VIP or specialty files and manage the client relationships on day-to-day issues
 Carry out the pre-assignment briefing and orientation of the assignee on the client’s policy, including compensation details where applicable
 Produce cost projections and assignment compensation
 Manage the payments related to the assignment including payroll instructions, expenses and invoices
 Process & Issue Assignment letters and the company Letter of Support to the third-party suppliers to influence the client’s relocation.
 Liaise with Core HR team in aligning the Mobility Policies based on the country specific requirements
 Lead the daily operations of the team as a trouble shooter and subject matter expert for operational
questions and customer and client service intervention
 Conduct annual appraisals for team members and regular one to ones. Ensure the team is fully trained and aware of the company’s mission and goals
 Support staff training on client policies, scope of services and effective relocation management.
 Monthly invoicing and billing review, auditing data and reports to meet data integrity requirements and/or
KPIs
 Immediate point of regional escalation and resolution prior to escalation to Senior Manager/Director
 Participate and work with peers across other locations for joint client projects, and be responsible for the training and development of the team
 Upselling of services to existing clients and participate in RFPs with potential new clients to bring in more business.

 Bachelor of Commerce, graduated from Bangalore University, Baldwin’s Women’s Methodist College (2005-2008).
 Pre-university (MECA) graduated from Bangalore University, Baldwin’s Women’s Methodist College (2003-2005).
 SSLC (Secondary Schooling) pursued from St. Anne’s Girls School, Bangalore (2002-2003).
