Installation of new deck structures, RTU panels, Telecom units by using DP-II vessel cranes & Barge cranes. Preparing of lifting plans for the scope of works. Preparing all lifting plans and overseeing all rigging and lifting operations carried out by riggers, Co-ordination of Critical lifting activities, involved in the planning and execution of complex lifting operations. Conducting daily toolbox talk meeting and explaining the roles and responsibilities of each people and to follow the company safety guidelines during lifting operations. Inspection of pedestal cranes on regular basis and witnessing the internal load test of cranes after maintenance. Ensure all lifting operations are carried out in accordance with Company LIMS standards, HSE procedures at offshore locations. Delivering presentations to site to demonstrate how the lifting plans are to be used. Completing the assigned task effectively and capable of handling the responsible work. Witnessing the load test of cranes during inspection from 3rdparty in the field. Maintaining of Rigging loft according to client standards in the platform. Responsible for reporting and documenting unsafe conditions/injury. Extensive experience in training and managing the rigging team in performing general cargo handling and preparation for transportation procedures, as well as leading the completion of routine deck maintenance in accordance with company standards. Updating and executing cargo-handling activities on day-to-day requirement according to the manifest as per the company rules. Perform conditional check and fitness for purpose on lifting appliances, CCUs and evaluate their utilization on site in coordination with inspection departments.                                                                                                                                        Promote safe handling and lifting operation procedures referring to company LIMS & HSE Policy and International Standard. Assuring all critical lifting activities have a plan, are approved to work commencement and necessary documentation (checklist, risk assessments) are in place as per the LIMS. Ensure proper follow up and making sure that all equipment used has the certifications and the current color code for their orientation period. Ensuring that all dangerous goods are loaded and offloaded along with proper documentation (Material Safety Data Sheet-MSDS). Knowledge about the mechanical tools and uses.
