Currently, I am employed as a Sales Executive in the shipping and logistics division at Al Khalili Logistics in Dubai, UAE. In this role, I have been responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. I have successfully executed sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Prior to my current position, I worked as a Sales and Logistics Support professional at FedEx in Dubai, UAE. During this time, I developed expertise in managing transportation activities, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. I have effectively coordinated with various stakeholders to resolve issues, track shipments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
In addition to my sales and logistics roles, I have also served as a Transport Coordinator at FedEx in Dubai, UAE. During this time i gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive support to the sales team, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring efficient transportation services for GCC, Middle East, and Africa regions.
My previous experience also includes working as a Sales Executive at Irish Refinish Paints in Dubai, UAE, where I successfully generated new leads, negotiated contracts, and met sales targets. Additionally, I have gained valuable skills in purchase and storekeeping during my tenure at Macair Marine Engineering in Dubai, UAE.
