In this role, I have been responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. I have successfully executed sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Prior to my current position, I worked as a Sales and Logistics Support professional at FedEx in Dubai, UAE. During this time, I developed expertise in managing transportation activities, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. I have effectively coordinated with various stakeholders to resolve issues, track shipments, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
In addition to my sales and logistics roles, I have also served as a Transport Coordinator at FedEx in Dubai, UAE. During this time i gained valuable experience in providing comprehensive support to the sales team, coordinating logistics operations, and ensuring efficient transportation services for GCC, Middle East, and Africa regions.

Additionally, I have gained valuable skills in purchase and storekeeping during my tenure at Macair Marine Engineering in Dubai, UAE.
