Experienced, systematic and technical-oriented service executive with a master's degree in engineering. Previously, I worked as a warranty administrator for two established and authorized automobile service centers in India. Responsible in following warranty procedure and in-charge of warranty related forms and technical analysis. Proficient in providing technical assistance and supervision in service-related concerns, and seeking ways to minimize customer concern escalation.

Education

I hold a Masters degree in Automotive engineering from Coventry university, UK and a bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya technical university, India.
