Dear Recruitment Team, 

Greetings of the day!

I am Prem Ritesh Machado and I am currently working as a Facilities manager at TransGuard company LLC Dubai at Palm Jumeriah Location and also working with Palma Developers. This is my 3rd year with them. Prior to this I have worked for Emrill company services as a Facilities coordinator/ Community manager for almost 8 years. I have also worked as an Account Manager in RAB Facilities Services for over 2 years.

I have good leadership qualities, excellent/high level networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key accounts and Principal/stakeholders/business partners. I am Proficient in English and Hindi. I Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills. I am able to lead, develop and motivate teams and have the Ability to build and drive performing teams. I do have a driving license.

I am currently looking out for a better opportunity and growth as a Senior FM Manager/Operations Manager. 
If given a chance I would do my best to achieve the best for the betterment of the company.
