Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging(DEIB):
- DEIB Policy development: creating and updating policies that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the organization. This includes anti-discrimination policies, equal opportunity policies, and measures to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Employee resource group: Support the establishment and activities of Employee Resource Groups, which are communities within the organization that bring together employees with common interests or backgrounds. These groups can help foster a sense of belonging and provide a platform for diverse voices.
- Hiring Manager Training and education play a crucial role in ensuring that hiring team understand the importance of diverse workforce and inclusiveness in the hiring processes.
