Four years of experience in the manufacturing sector, in products, machines, and process design, and development. Fluent in mechanical design engineering knowledge and design software. Fabrication, Workshop, and machining skills to efficiently produce designed products.

• Contributed to the automation of design tasks using updated software for product design, evaluation, and
documentation processes. (Especially using the Product Data Management - PDM feature of Solidworks
software instead of the previously used manual document-process methods.)
• Review the requirements and develop the scope of work and finalize the design with discussion and
approval from management, develop design calculations, drawings, estimations, and technical documents
• Ensure the management and supervision of a workforce of around 100, including production workers and
technicians, and collaborate with them.
• Research and design of rubber products for marine, construction, power, irrigation, transportation,
household, automotive, and general industrial markets.
• Maintain a record of all the design documents as required by the standards, review subcontractor design
documents, and assist the design team in CAD / CAM.
• Expertise in the completion of layout planning, piping systems designing, electrical drawing, HVAC
designing, system calculations, CAD drawings, specification preparation, field investigations, and other
required techniques for the construction of new and renovated plants.
• Preparation of engineering estimates by considering all relevant conditions and company criteria for the
product, die, mold, and process development.
• Design, development, coordination, and monitoring of all aspects of the machine, production, process, die,
and mold fabrication and improvement.
• Design and execution according to standards ( ASME, ISO, ANSI/ASHRAE )
