Service Advisor-Body & Paint-Collision Estimator 
• Manage all work Manual / Auto Pilot Software. (Previous Used Automotive Software)
• Welcome the customers of Accidental vehicles on cash and also insured vehicle customer services understand and listen carefully to their request and concerns.
• Examines damaged vehicle to determine extent of structural, body, mechanical or interior damage.
• Estimates and approval from customers. 
• Collection of the relevant documents from the Insured / Participant. 
• Obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster; resolving repair and replacement requirements.
• Provide clear estimation for Insurance / Takaful surveyor.
• Getting the surveyed / Inspected by the authorized Insurance / Takaful surveyors & settlement. 
• Prepares work orders by describing repair and replacement services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering into work management system.
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging temporary transportation.
• Maintains body shop records by recording repair and replacement actions.
• Preparation of final bills through account department. 
• Delivery of vehicles to the Insured / Participant after Re-inspection & receiving the payments of depreciation.
