Senior Project Manager Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA) 11/1999 - Present Dubai, United Arab Emirates 

Led multidisciplinary teams of 30+ engineers in the design, construction, and commissioning of 132 kV/11 kV substations and 11 kV distribution networks, ensuring full compliance with DEWA standards. Manages   review and approval of MV/LV -  Dubai Master plan cable distribution designs, submit by private developers and consultants. 

Ensures 100% compliance with Dubai’s regulatory frameworks and urban planning mandates for seamless grid integration. Specialized in MV/LV cable networks and substations since year 2000. Oversaw large-scale projects ensuring technical precision. 

Led works for Burj Khalifa, Dubai Expo, Atlantis, Future Museum, Etihad Rail, and Hatta Villas. Delivered projects under DEWA ahead of schedule and budget. Implemented circular-economy models, integrating sustainable practices across DEWA’s departments and asset-management operations.

 Head of design and development of fiber-optic duct networks for SCADA systems, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s digital infrastructure policies.
