October 2022 – present Acting Principal ICS City Centre – Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Spearheaded the establishment of the behaviour policy that had a positive impact on pastoral care. The behaviour committee was created and pastorals trained on implementing the policy in addition to using and tracking attendance and behaviour data to make informed decisions.
- Enhanced Assessment Moderation: Improved assessment moderation systems by working closely with department heads to develop and enhance moderation practices and data analysis. Additionally, established inter-branch moderation committees to encourage collaboration and resource-sharing across the ICS school network.
- Elevated Teaching and Learning: Improved teaching and learning outcomes by revising the formal observation rubric to align closely with the Irtiqaa framework.
