 Works as Project Engineer maintaining work quality & safety at its best.
Handling and coordinating jobs for Villa Project maintenance in Emaar properties.
Prepares construction budget by studying plans; updating specifications; identifying and projecting costs for each item.  Preparing BOQ quotation for clients.  Liaising with local contractors. Load assessments of new and existing structures.  Evaluating, organizing & prioritizing work within the overall project schedule.  Liaising with architects, engineering technicians.  Preparing the request letter, NOC, entry passes for the work allowance.

 Coordinate with suppliers for quotations material submittals, make price comparison & make sure the material delivery to site as per scheduled date.
 Attending weekly meeting and sort out the issues on the site quickly.
 Submitting all type of Inspection Request form to Consultant.
 Submitting Shop drawing to Estimation Department for BOQ
Preparing quantity estimation and costing, as per the drawing & Rate analysis.
Identifies labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications,
