• Monitors the Building Management System (BMS) which controls all mechanical systems including continuous monitoring of AHU control parameters, VAV boxes, equipment scheduling and operations.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and any other administrative duties required for the BMS Systems.
• Ensure acceptable levels of service at all times, including support for short-notice projects.
• Perform established tasks and follow standards of conduct and performance in the work environment.
• Plan, organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks under austere conditions, to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
• Inspects, maintains and calibrates all temperature, humidity and recording devices including meters and gauges.
• Operates various measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments to help provide energy efficiency solutions.
• Responds and provides service and feedback to the customer on all work orders while assuring compliance to codes, regulations and industry standards.
• Working environment. Additional   tasks  GRMS   Panel termination  and    lighting control panel termination
• Installed of different types of CCTV cameras as per drawing diagrams.
• Ensured that at all times tools, vehicles, and safety equipment are regularly maintained Report, monitor, analyze data and find solutions to improve performance.
• Executed reactive and planned engineering maintenance activities
