JOB PROFILE :

• Receive approved drawings and mobilize manpower as per schedule.
• Plan and schedule the work sequence based on the program schedule and execute accordingly.
• To bring to notice if any discrepancies in drawings, quantities, and rates as well as make necessary changes if any.
• Liaising (coordinating) with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and laborers involved in the project.
• To keep an eye on surveying works (i.e. to confirm the boundaries correctly) and set out (i.e. plotting or marking of the plan on-field/site as per plan on the sheet).
• To save on material and labor costs along with adding a valve to the structure.
• Checking of materials at the time of delivery.
• Setting up the sequence of work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• To check on safety measures taken by people working on site.
• Resolving technical issues arising, if any, during the execution of work.
• Supervision & Monitoring the construction & subcontractor works.
• Support and motivate the team of workers at the site.
• Follow up &evaluate the daily, weekly& monthly progress reports.
• Material approval, costing, and coordination for the delivery of same to the site.
• Make sure the project is executed with compliance to applicable QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC in relation to a site inspection of the completed activities on site.
• Coordinate with Project Manager / Coordinator for Project Site requirements.

EDUCATION:
