Experience

  • Overseeing the day-to-day processing of payroll for over 3000 catering and housekeeping employees in the calculation of salary and entry into the payroll system for new starters initial salary, mover’s pro-rata salary, promotions and leavers final salary including the processing of terminations, redundancies, and dismissals
  • Administering payroll to 200 outsourced manpower, preparing their timesheets, gathering data on their locations, and sharing them with the concerned company’s accounts department  
  • Review of timesheets and computing payouts in accordance with the guidelines 
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Drafting reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, leave, disability, and nontaxable
  • Streamlining the employee grievances pertaining to payroll, increment, incentive, or overtime and resolving
  • Systematically segregate the documents of new joiners weekly and direct them to the respected payroll company.
  • Prepare and compute payroll data, auditing timekeeping, pay stubs and forward them to senior officials for verification. 
  • Review payroll deductions approved advances, travel and overtime claims according to system guidelines and program parameters.
  • Maintaining and updating the records on exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, designations, and internal transfers.
  • Coordinating with HR to ensure proper flow of employee data to maintain the confidentiality of the company's information
  • Determines payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes and employer's social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments
  • Operating on biometrics system to conduct automated searches, compare biometric information of suspects against local, state, and national databases
  • Prepare and approve account balance reconciliations and producing payrolls for hourly-paid employees
  • Creates tax supporting documents by analyzing them with the employee documents
