I am a senior IT infrastructure and network leader with nearly two decades of experience managing complex enterprise environments in the UAE.​

Current role

I am a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Help AG (e& Enterprise) since 2022, leading a team of MSS engineers and owning core IT, AV, and SOC infrastructure operations.​

I am responsible for Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, storage, backup, Office 365, VMware, and AV solutions across meeting rooms and security operations centres, including mentoring staff and managing inventories.​

Previous leadership roles

I spent over a decade at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, progressing from Technical Support Engineer to Senior Network & System Administrator and IT Manager.​

I led campus-wide network, systems, storage, Citrix, and security infrastructure, drove major upgrades and relocations, and managed key IT services such as email, web, backup, and critical academic applications.​

Key projects and achievements

I delivered the first Aruba Wi‑Fi 6 campus solution in the Middle East and led a AED 13M campus IT migration project on time.​

I drove virtualization, VDI, and green technology initiatives that contributed to multiple regional CIO and vendor excellence awards, along with repeated internal excellence and employee-of-the-year recognition.​
