A: Vendor Management

1. Selecting vendors: RFQs, Quality of service, delivery time, flexibility, professional employees, recommendations, vendor company profile, track record shortlisting and selecting vendors.
2. Contract negotiation: Defining goods & services required, essential terms & conditions, payment cycle
3. Cost control: Ensure timely payments for the goods & services provided in line with the agree terms.
4. Reducing vendor related risks & ensuring timely service delivery.

B: Project Management for new vehicle launch

1. Resource Management: Assign responsibilities & productivity of team members. 
2. Scheduling: Monitoring activities, specifying start & end dates, duration of work activity, resources for each task.
3. Risk Management: Task followed by hazard identification, quantifying the risk, applying control measures, re-appraising the residual risk.  

C: Project Coordinator activities

1. Led project meetings with relevant stakeholders for KIA  Motors & Peugeot new vehicle launch project.
2. Coordinated with different departments from South Korea,Uzbekistan & Pakistan to ensure smoothflow of work.
3. Maintained office documentations and worked on other office tasks.
