• Group Head of Corporate Finance & Insurance at Metito Holdings, overseeing Capital and Working Capital and Insurance requirements.
• Successfully managed to place Metito Holdings Limited’s 67% of the shareholding held by Mitsubishi Corporation and Gulf Capital with Alpha Dhabi Holding in a comprehensive capital restructuring exercise which also included a capital increase.
• Lead Corporate Finance, Treasury facilities over $ 5Bn, and Insurance functions for 24 countries/300+ bank accounts, including senior lending debt structures, working capital, and global insurance programs.
• Successfully established new entities, JVs, and executed mergers and acquisitions, while developing and implementing finance, treasury, and insurance policies and procedures.
• Managing the Group Insurance programs in structuring, risk profiling and negotiating with group Insurance and  Reinsurance providers and brokers.
• Former role: Group Head of Treasury & Insurance at NESR, responsible for corporate bank relationships, liquidity management, and debt facilities.
