Stress Analysis using CAESER-II  8.0 ( all versions ) Static & Dynamic, Preparing Critical Line list, Development of stress analysis model on CAESER II and execute stress analysis for critical lines. Compile stress analysis calculations report with recommendations/changes in the design, Development of design and material specifications for specialty items like spring supports, hangers, expansion joints, steam traps etc., Support span length finalization, Suggest support type, make proper Stress analysis Report with all load CASES i.e. Operational, Sustained, Occasional , Alternate Sustained etc and  Summary  which ever necessary, Stress ISO generation, Review andchecking of Stress Analysis ,verify the requirement of Anchor block, hot induction bend etc, Finalization of support locations, Support type and arrangement, Co-ordination withcivil discipline for stress inputs , Clarify Feedback  from Client, Flange leakage analysis etc.

Basic and detail engineering for oil & gas packages and equipment design, Technical Bid evaluation for various oil & gas packages i.e. Chemical Injection system package, Metering skid package, Inlet Manifold skid package, Filtration packages Pressure reducing skid, Various Rotating equipment package’s such as Centrifugal Pumps, Compressors etc. Experience in RFQ’s, Vendor offer Cost analysis, Deals with client & vendor to resolve technical issues. Preparation of FEED dossier and Call for Tender (ITT) package for the various engg. Systems, Cost estimation for Pre-BID proposals, Finalization of MDR related to Pipeline and Piping discipline, Lead to team of Draftsmen for executing accurate drawings as per company standards and template etc.

Knowledge of various International Design Codes & Company Standards, Conversant with various international standards ASME B 31.4,31.8 ,31.3, API, ANSI, SHELL DEP, ADCO Specs, GASCO DGS, Agip ENI spec., MPN Master(old) and MPN Global(new) specifications, SAUDI ARAMCO stds. etc
