Working as a quality Senior Engineer in QPC ( quality promotion cell ) department .
 Responsible for all activities like preparation 8D reports (CAPA ) , find root cause after done why
why analysis.
 Conducting Process Capability and Process Performance Study after checking process stability by SPC.
 Having good knowledge of standards IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
 Having awareness of ISO/IEC17025 and ISO 1901
 Having good knowledge of problem solving tool like 07 QC tools, quality circle ,3G etc
 Responsible for performing Gauge R&R Study as per MSA Plan.
 Responsible for monitoring daily rejection analysis and prepared pareto analysis and find out major
cause of defects.
 Conducting Root cause analysis and providing corrective action for Customers, internal and supplier
quality related problems.
 Review , maintenance and updating of all specifications , WI’s ,SOP ,PFMEA ,Control plan and OPS to
ensure the quality .
 Responsible for preparing 1st , 2nd and 3rd party audit .
 Having good knowledge of supplier evaluation and supplier audits.
 Planning and Conducting Process and Product audit as per plan .
 Implementation quality system and improvement all activities regards quality.
 Planning and conducting coherence activity for aligning of all PPAP documents.
 Participation in audit preparation like VSA , LRA, PPVT, Internal audit.
 Preparation of warranty analysis report and submission to customer (Maruti Suzaki)
