Services offered
I studied Early Childhood Education and have spent many years building my experience in this field. In my current role, I take on site supervisor responsibilities for a few hours each day when my director is not present. During that time, I manage the classroom and center, support staff and children, and assist parents with their needs. I’ve also helped mentor a team of four teachers, supported curriculum planning, organized schedules, and led parent-teacher conferences to strengthen the home-school connection.
Alongside my teaching role, I also work as a parenting coach, which has given me deeper insight into how to support families beyond the classroom. I’m passionate about helping children thrive by building strong relationships with both them and their caregivers. I believe in creating an environment where everyone—children, parents, and educators—feels seen, supported, and empowered.
Experience
I began my journey in early childhood education with two years of experience teaching English at an elementary school in Jordan. For the past seven years, I’ve been working with children aged 6 months to 6 years, with a strong focus on play-based and emergent curriculum approaches that foster creativity, independence, and exploration. Alongside my teaching role, I currently work as a parenting coach, supporting families in managing challenging behaviors and guiding them through the ups and downs of parenting. I’ve worked with many families, and continue to do so, including those raising children on the autism spectrum, helping them build practical strategies and emotional resilience.
Education
I studied early childhood education and completed coursework that qualifies me as a certified teacher, with 15 academic units in early childhood education. I’m also currently continuing my studies in early childhood development to deepen my knowledge and practice. While my original degree was in Geographic Information Systems, I chose not to pursue that path because I found my true passion in working with young children. I began my journey with two years of teaching English at an elementary school in Jordan, and for the past seven years, I’ve specialized in early childhood education, working with children aged 6 months to 6 years. My teaching approach centers around play-based and emergent curriculum models that foster creativity, exploration, and independence. Alongside my teaching role, I also work as a parenting coach—supporting numerous families, especially those navigating challenging behaviors or raising children on the autism spectrum.
